Something is shifting in the spaces you hold.
You can feel it in the conversations after class.
In the pauses after sessions.
In the moments where someone looks at you and says:
“Something is changing in me… and I don’t know what it is.”
People are no longer only seeking movement, regulation, stress relief, or mindset shifts.
They are arriving at thresholds.
Grief. Identity change. Perimenopause.
Separation. Awakening. Loss of belonging.
The quiet collapse of who they thought they were.
And as you meet more of these moments, something else begins to surface in your awareness:
It’s not just about what you teach anymore.
It’s about what you are able to hold and how you can guide people through these threshold moments in their life.
You start to notice that the body and what someone’s nervous system is expressing often speaks more truthfully than their words.
That meaning, memory, and emotion live in sensation first.
And you also start to sense something else…
that nature doesn’t just support this work, it transforms it.
You’ve probably already begun experimenting with it.
Taking sessions outside.
Running circles in the woods.
Holding mini retreats where something subtle but undeniable shifts in the field.
And you’ve felt that people drop in faster.
Something opens that doesn’t open indoors.
The work becomes deeper without you doing more.
It plants a seed.
What if this wasn’t just an “extra” to your existing practice?
What if this was part of a completely different way of working?
A held process over time.
A way of guiding people through transition rather than sessions around it.
And beneath that, you are looking for a modality that actually brings this all together:
Body - Nature - Soul
Not as separate tools… but as a single integrated field of practice that allows you to truly meet people at thresholds — not just witness them from the edge.
A way of working that also helps you stand out in an increasingly crowded space, not by doing more, but by working at a different depth altogether.
This is where the Wild Soma Method begins.
The Wild Soma® Method is rooted in embodied awareness of both the wild within us and the wild beyond us.
The wild within:
the body's wisdom,
our emotional landscape,
our instinctive knowing,
the parts of ourselves that cannot always be reached through conversation alone.
The wild beyond:
the living world,
the changing seasons,
the land beneath our feet,
the wider ecology that mirrors and supports human transformation.
Wild Soma® brings these two worlds into relationship.
Because often the threshold a person is navigating is reflected both in their body and in the landscape around them.
Practitioners learn how to work with both and to actually stay with people at the threshold of change — with skill, clarity, and integrity.
Wild Soma® training is a coherent, professional method for holding transformation designed specifically to integrate these three living intelligences:
Embodied awareness and nervous system literacy (Body)
Eco-somatic and nature-based facilitation (Land)
Intuitive inquiry, meaning-making and inner guidance (Soul)
A method that is intentionally contained, accredited, and Trade Mark protected, with limited cohort spaces, so that the depth of the work is preserved and properly held.
This is the Wild Soma® Method and this Autumn our first Practitioner training begins.
Training Wild Soma® Practitioner and Advanced Wild Soma® Guides to work with:
Body as Truth,
Land as Mirror,
Soul as Guide.
Soul is not used here in a religious sense.
Within the Wild Soma® Method, soul refers to the deeper intelligence of the individual.
The part of us that knows what matters, what is true, and what is seeking expression.
Practitioners learn how to create conditions where people can listen beneath noise, expectation and conditioning, allowing deeper insight, meaning and direction to emerge naturally.
If you feel the call to deepen your work in this way, then step in.
