The body remembers how to belong.
The wild remembers how to listen.
At the meeting place between them, something profound begins to unfold.
The Centre for the Wild Soma is a place for practitioners, guides and seekers who sense that the deepest transformations do not happen through technique alone.
They happen through relationship.
Relationship with the body.
Relationship with change.
Relationship with the living world.
Here we explore the space where embodiment meets ecology — where the nervous system, the body and the natural world begin to speak to one another again.
This is the ground of Wild Soma.

If you are a:
• yoga teacher
• somatic practitioner
• bodyworker
• therapeutic guide
you may already sense moments where your training reaches its edge.
Moments where:
regulation is not the whole answer
insight arrives but integration is missing
a client is standing in a life threshold that cannot be solved
These moments ask for something different.
The Wild Soma Threshold is a short reflection guide exploring:
• the gap many practitioners begin to sense
• the role of witnessing during life transitions
• how the natural world becomes a reflective partner in deep work
• five prompts to help you explore the next evolution of your practice
A quiet place to pause and listen to what your work may be becoming.

Each year a small cohort of practitioners will enter the Wild Soma Practitioner Training.
A depth-based professional pathway for those who feel called to guide transformation in a different way.
This training explores how to:
• work with the body as a truth signal
• hold identity transitions safely
• guide clients through the in-between spaces of change
• integrate nervous system awareness with nature-based reflection
• include the natural world as a partner in the work
The training unfolds over 9 months, combining online learning, integration and a 5-day immersive nature retreat.
This is not simply another modality.
It is an evolution of how practitioners listen, witness and guide change.
Applications open once per year in the Autumn to those on the waitlist.
Cohorts are intentionally small.

The Centre for the Wild Soma was founded by Faye, known to many as Faye of the Forest.
As a Business Mentor & Soul Embodiment Guide for Wild Women her work sits at the intersection of:
embodiment
nature connection
somatic awareness
and identity transition
For years she witnessed something important in the practitioners she worked with.
Highly trained professionals were meeting moments in their sessions that no technique alone could hold.
Moments where the body opened deeper questions.
Moments where clients were not simply seeking regulation — but meaning, integration and belonging.
Again and again, the natural world became part of the process.
Not as scenery.
But as mirror.
Co-regulator.
Witness.
The Wild Soma Method emerged from years of guiding people through these threshold moments — where body awareness and the intelligence of nature begin to work together.
Today the Centre for the Wild Soma exists to support practitioners who feel called to guide this depth of work.
